These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) explain the rules and responsibilities when you use our website, book, or purchase vehicles through us. By accessing our website or services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our website or services.

Access to the site

Velocity Fintrust provides access to our website, vehicle booking, and related services for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
You may not:

• Copy, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from the website or its content

• Use our website to build competing services

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access or interfere with our website

We may update, suspend, or remove website features at any time without prior notice

Vehicle Information

• All vehicle specifications, images, and features on our website are for reference only.

• Actual vehicles may vary slightly in design, features, or color.

• We make every effort to provide accurate information but are not responsible for minor differences.

Booking & Purchase

• Booking a vehicle requires a deposit, as communicated during booking.

• Booking does not guarantee immediate delivery; delivery timelines are indicative.

• Payments and pricing will include applicable taxes, registration, insurance, and any government incentives.

• Refunds and cancellations will be handled according to our policies, communicated at the time of booking.

Customer Responsibilities

As a customer, you agree to:

• Provide complete and accurate information during booking and purchase

• Make timely payments as agreed

• Follow all manufacturer guidelines for vehicle usage, charging, and maintenance

Warranty & After-Sales Service

• Vehicle and battery warranties are provided by VinFast.

• Velocity Fintrust assists in coordinating service and warranty support but is not responsible for manufacturer-covered defects.

Test Drives

• Test drives are available based on vehicle availability and company approval.

• You must hold a valid driving license.

• We reserve the right to approve or deny test drive requests for safety and compliance reasons.

Limitation of Liability

Velocity Fintrust is not liable for:

• Direct or indirect losses arising from the use of our website or vehicles

• Delays or issues caused by third parties or external factors

• Any damage to your devices or data resulting from website access

Accessing and using our services is at your own risk.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including images, text, and logos, belongs to Velocity Fintrust or its partners. You may not use any content without prior written permission.

Termination

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of these Terms shall be resolved through arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The arbitration shall be conducted by a sole arbitrator appointed by Velocity Fintrust, and proceedings will take place in New Delhi, India.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. By using our services, you agree that courts in New Delhi, India have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
